Instructions: This form should only be used to submit a rulemaking petition. A rulemaking petition is a request from an interested person to add new rules or amend or repeal existing rules. The requirements for submitting a rulemaking petition are located in TDLR Rule 60.102, Petition for Adoption of Rules. Please read the requirements before submitting a rulemaking petition.
